Coffee with a Planner

Our consultation service offers personalized, professional guidance to clients who prefer to handle their planning but need expert advice along the way. Whether you need help with timeline management, tips and tricks to look out for, or execute, our consultations provide targeted solutions without the commitment of a full-service planner. Book by the hour to get customized assistance tailored to your unique needs, ensuring your big day goes smoothly.

The Day of Coordination is for the couple who has planned their wedding, but desire a professional wedding planner for coordination and execution of their special day. Relax and enjoy your celebration...leave the details to R2.

The Day of Coordination includes the Coordination to Execution Phases of your wedding day. My Coordination package is focused on the final few weeks and the day itself, to provide support with final planning and logistics, on-the-day setup and styling, and managing your vendors, an investment for this package.

Full Planning

Planning a wedding can be a full-time job, and we know the modern couple is very busy, which is why this is our most requested service. With our Full Planning services, we are ready to be your expert partner in guiding and advising you every step of the way. We begin by getting to know you both, discussing your priorities, mapping your budget, and building your dream vendor team. We keep you on track, coordinate scheduling, conceptualize a personalized design, manage logistics, and answer any questions along the way

For the works, my minimum starting fee is 5000, and it can go up from there. The fee is determined on many factors like guest count, the complexity of the wedding event, and an estimation of how much time I will be putting in, both in the run up to, and at, the event itself. It factors in how many days I’ll need to be on site, and the number of suppliers with whom I’ll be liaising. For example, a wedding involving a marquee setup will often demand more compared to a couple who have already found and booked a Hotel venue for their wedding.

We specialize in curated, small-scale catering. Fresh ingredients, artistic presentation, and personalized service are at the heart of everything we do. Whether it is a bridal shower, birthday, corporate lunch, or cozy dinner party, we bring 25 years of catering flavor, flair, and unforgettable moments to your table.

FOHTY COMING SOON

From Our House To Yours

From Our House to Yours (FOHTY) is a weekly family meal program by R2. Each meal includes a main dish, salad, and dessert, fully cooked for 4 people, with reheating instructions included.

Menus are posted every Saturday on the R2 Events Facebook page.

FOHTY Policies:

  • Order by Tuesday at 5:00 pm for that week’s meal.

  • Delivery is Thursday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

  • A vegetarian option is always available.

  • No changes or substitutions to the menu.

The Partial package is targeted at the initial stages of your planning, and/or to help you focus on your vision, assist you with the design concept, and provide a list of suggested vendors who will bring it to life for you after you have selected your venue. This package allows us to get a bit more involved in vendor selection, room layout, or other details to help us make better resource decisions.

R2's Partial Package can save you time and money and help you make your vision into a memorable day. This Package includes initial Planning stages, design concept, coordinating, and executing your wedding day.

Let me introduce myself, I am Renee Rothschild, the name behind the planning. With over 25 years of catering & event planning I know what oohs and ahhhs mean. I collaborate with the top creative vendors in the industry, and we devote countless hours to carefully planning, crafting, and constructing every aspect of our events.

After 25 years in the catering and event industry (and formerly owning Springfields Olives Catering), I have returned to my hometown with a new name and a renewed purpose. I am thrilled to bring Renee Rothschild Events to life - serving beautiful, stress-free celebrations and events filled with intention and style.
